Included cassette, two posters (each 11 inches by 8.5 inches), survey (11 inches by 4.25 inches), six postcards (each 5.5 inches by 4.25 inches, one including hand-carved rubber stamp), two sheets of stickers (11 inches by 8.5 inches when combined).
Third edition. Five copies. May 1988. Identical to Second Edition.
